How did your State Senator Vote?
On November 7th, 2024, the People of Massachusetts voted overwhelmingly for full transparency. 72% of voters voted to have the State Auditor audit the legislature.
On May 28th, 2026, the State Senate voted on Resolution S.3104.
👎❌ YES VOTE = The Senate hands over a few documents (named in the SJC lawsuit) but still claims the voter-approved audit may be unconstitutional and reserves the right to fight the audit in the future. Not what 72% of voters voted for!
👍✅ NO VOTE = The Senate should stop fighting the audit and fully respect the will of the 72% of Massachusetts voters who approved it.
